I cant believe that it's already the last day of the year.

So I was home for Christmas. It was a great time to be with families and friends.

The almost-a-week break at home was great. Celebrated Christmas with proper carols and family times yet again after 3 years. So many things to blog about, to give thanks to, to share with.. but I've been so busy over the weeks. Cant believe that ;p shall update bit by bit I guess.

Cant believe that I've been so busy since my holidays started ;p
Anyways I've just upgraded to Leopard this week - almost everyone else has got Leopard since long ago, but I just got it now. Hehe ;p It's been good so far, havent got time to play with it too much yet. So yea, will take some time to figure it out.

Went to Orchard with Anne and Yungchaw last night. I think the decoration this year wasn't too good. But we had great fun eating ice-cream and walking along the street. Most of all, we took so many pictures, many of those were silly ones. Haha. It's great to be able to catch up again - Anne excitedly suggested to watch a movie at 11.30pm, and by the time we got to Cineleisure, all the tickets were sold out already. Hahah! OOoppss. So we had to cab all the way back. Hopefully we'll be able to watch a movie some time!



Met up with Meifen this evening for dinner. We actually went back to PGP for coffee after dinner. We got her dream fulfilled, sitting on the block laughing at students who're studying. I think I still miss PGP after moving out for half a year now - for all the convenience, most of all, the wonderful people whom I've met. Walking through the steps, K Gourmet, blocks, R2 lounge, canteen. All the memories just came right back as I sat down there ;) Anyways, it's a good night out with Meifen ;p Good talks and also good time stalking some other people. Haha!

We served in the Sharity Drive today ;) It's initiated by Boys Bridgade, an event that our church supported. Our caregroup's slot was frm 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Haha! It's great seeing them after such a long while! Wouter has been away for more than a month now. He's in Nepal volunteering in the Engineers Without Borders thingy, sounds like cool ey. And right after that, the duo went to Phuket on holiday. What's more? Rachel got her diving license! Argh, I should catch up, hehe. And Min came along too! Haha. It's always a joy to have Min around cause she's got so many stories to tell, lol. It's great catching up though.

So Rachel's coach in Phuket recommended her this really nice Italian restaurant in Craig Road. So Rach thought that we could do that for her birthday dinner! As soon as we found our way there, we realized that it's shut. Argh. So we walked all the way to Chinatown and ended up eating in another Italian house, which food was decent ;) And Wout brought his D90 along! Cool stuff.
We really should be doing something for New Year, cant wait. Haha!

After the dinner, I went round Raffles Place for some shots. Yay! Some turned out really well!
And tonight, I had a great chat with Elaine on MSN! Cant believe that we could talk so much ;) It's really lovely to be able to share so much even though we mildly know each other, truthfully ;) Shared couple of things with her, which probably I hadnt shared with anyone else before. But yea, she's such a wonderful girl. Glad that we talked.

I've started my internship for a week now - it's been good. Work has been alright, hasnt been too tough yet. Well, now I can comprehend again why my friends keep telling me that life as a student is still the best ;p The only thing I dont like about it is urm.. I can't sleep in anymore. The RSIS team was gonna be away for the Christmas, so we had an early-Christmas party at Kristine's. It's really nice of her to have her at her place. We had so much fun - the multi-cultural Christmas Party. Haha! We had mighty fun over the night and yea, one of the coolest-party ;p

I got to try the Christmasy-food frm different country, and someone frm China made Sichuan duck! Haha! Didnt know that Sichuan duck was that Christmasy. Latvian, Norwegian, German, British, English, Italian. Haha! Really cool!! ;p 
Most of all, I got to eat TURKEY!! I really love turkey, so yummmy nice!
This is the Christmas Pudding that Antonio made (brought). Apparently it's something that British will have! The Scottish friend said that, "Ah, this Christmas is complete" as he saw the Christmas pudding. Imagine how Christmasy is it to them. Haha.

I've been incredibly busy right after the exams ended. Cat would like to say that I'm so popular. Haha ;p
Anyways, I met Carli and Kristine for dinner right after I was done on Tuesday - it's to celebrate the Bilveer Singh Day according to Carli.
Carli asked, how did the exam go? I told her it was alright, rather good I think ;) Kristine was happy to hear that, she said it's been a while since she felt good about the exams going well. True enough! Haha! I hadnt felt so in YEARS! Praise God ;p

I rested on Wednesday and went over to Meifen's during the evening. Havent seen her for almost a month now ;) She got me a lovely gift!! Haha! Cant believe that I've got the Mickey's hand now! Pretty excited about it.

As for Thursday, I played boardgames for 4 hours with my caregroupmates in Tampines, a new Mind Cafe. It's pretty cool. Havent tried playing boardgames with them - we had mighty fun shouting it out. Minhuey was the most popular one among us, while Teck Beng never fails to crack some jokes. Cant believe it ;p

In the evening, I met Amy and the rest of her caregroup mates for dinner. We had a mini-post-exam-cum-Amy's-birthday celebration. It was good ;) Had the fish noodle near Bugis and we watched City of Amber right after. The movie was just alright, no climax nothing. It's a long long day!
I started working on Friday - doing an internship with my friend's startup. It's kinda cool. The startup is incubated in NUS itself, so it makes it so easy for me as I need 15 to 20 minutes to travel to school. Most of all, I'm doing something which is somewhat relevant to my field. It's really great to be given the opportunity like this ;)

Oh, yea, I met couple of friends frm Zhejian U for dinner on Friday. We had fun teasing Yungchaw. It's so great to be able to see Anne again after ages! Cant believe how long was it since I last saw her ;p Chelsea and Yanfei were so nice - they prepared the dinner for us all. We heard the gossip of a figure in NUS - cant believe that it's what happened. Hehe ;p So yea, we had lotsa fun catching up over dinner ^^

It's been a really busy week since the exams ended. It's just incredible that I have to keep myself so busy even during the holiday. And these few days, I've been having some mega-arguments with Regina these few days. I'm glad that things are pretty much sorted out now. It feels great to know that the person whom you treasure so much, treasures you the same way as you do ;)

It's yet another semester with overflowing blessings and favors. Cant thank God enough for that.
It's a semester where I took things slower, quieter, and managed to stay more focused on schoolwork.
Yet I got to know many new people who have enriched my life in different ways.
Things have been great ;)

Anyways, I'm already taken for dinner dates frm today all the way up to Sunday. Why can there only be 1 dinner a day? lol
