Aiya, I really should be proclaiming that Jesus is my health, and that the ulcers have NULL right to exist in my mouth. Because it's borne by Jesus on the cross already.
Does Jesus have mouth ulcer too in the heaven? ^o)

There are many things you can do to keep more comfortabe while affected by mouth ulcers....
1. Suck on ice to help reduce the pain of mouth ulcers.
2. Avoid spicy or acidic food and drink when you have a mouth ulcer.
3. Avoid very hot food or drink
4. Brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush straight after eating. If you cant brush, rinse your mouth with warm water or chlorexidine bought from your pharmacy.
5. If dentures cause your mouth ulcers, have their fitting re-checked.
6. Take Vitamin B and C supplements if you are run down, especially for students and women who get mouth ulcers often.
7. Learn some relaxing tips to help with stress.
8. Drink lots of water to avoid a dry mouth.
9. Eat a healthy well balanced diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially green vegetables.
