For the first time in my life

I always told my friends who got sun burnt this,
"Argh, I wished I could get sun burnt. Cause then you'll have fair skin once again after peeling off. But I never got sun burnt. So I will only get darker >.<"
God is proving me wrong. Hahah! It's just like what Selene said, no absolute statement holds. Here you go- sun burnt, a pretty bad one ;p

How thou art

Apparently I've got bad sunburnt. I'm not a snake but why is my skin peeling off!! >.<

Anyways, Eereh called again!! YahoooOoOoOo!
Ken was just telling me that they're having Halloween Partey tomorrow!! And apparently Cat's gonna go as Wasabi - well, I think he should be Katsudon.

Argh, totally miss the Brit crew!
Eereh- is my Penny Fund working yet?! Ken promised to contribute SGD 150!!

Arts Open 2007!

Ha- a non-art-student helped out in the Arts Open 2007 today. I haven't even supported SoC events before and now I'm tanned under the hot sun because of an Arts School's event. Haha! It was a beautiful morning when I woke up but it became extremely hot in the afternoon. Hahah ;p and that results in the stylish tan ;p

There were some cute guys and they're super cool basketball players! Haha ;p Gosh wonder if I could ever play basketball like them >.<

Most professional photographer ;p

Good ball!

Goodnight/Good morning

I've been awake for the past 20 hours?

It's so frustrating when you've got no other brains to make use of - and your brain is not really helping much.
Great to be up alone at this hour.

Goodnight ;p

I'm a big fan of

www.airasia.com.my apparently!

Looking at my so-many-outstanding-flights at the moment, 80% of those are booked under AK ;)
Those budget airlines have indeed brought me joy.

Think my one goal in life is to open an airline.
Well, I don't mind owning a budget airline, but I won't resist owning airlines like SIA or Cathay Pacific.

Haha - thanks to JJ and I'm so much more into aviation nowadays!

First grocery shopping

after I've been in Singapore for a year and a half now ;p

Went to Sheng Siong after service just now and spent the first 20 minutes walking aimlessly.

So I bought fruits from grocery store for the first time in my life.
And I bought spaghetti for the first time in my life, not knowing how to make spaghetti.
Hahha ;)
We'll see what works out.

The first apple that I bought.
Or rather, the first Apples that I bought ;p

It's good to talk to

some old friends again ;)

Had long conversations with some close friends whom I hadn't spoken to in quite a while.
It's really great.

Goodnight xx

I'm well happy

because I'm 100% now! XD

I can

because
I want. I will.

Most importantly,
it's because
I know I'm made righteous
because Jesus died.

Thank you Abba. Heart heart :D

Only to realize how blessed am I

A post dedicated to Karmun
So I borrowed a pair of pants from Karmun as I needed it to attend the ASES Summit in Taipei right,
the button fell off after I put them on for well, a day. Alright I got the hint that I have to resume swimming or jogging. Haha ;)

Well, I didnt realize that I lost the button until now - 3 weeks after.

Before going to church today, I went to People's Park to see if there's any shop which I can buy some buttons. Apparently I had to go to the Old People's Park, which is like 3 minutes walk away, to get that a lady told me. Finally, a tailor, a friendly aunty, helped me sew it back. Although it's not the exactly same button, that's the closest that I can get. I hope that Karmun doesnt mind that. (Oops, I havent told her about this >.<)

And, I had to cab from Old People's Park to Suntec City as I wanted to go to church for 5pm service. It's already 4:50pm when I boarded the cab.

Tangible loss:
$1 - Bus fare to People's Park
$2 - Button + service charge
$1 - Papaya
$5 - Cab fare
$9 TOTAL

Intangible loss:
40 mins - Bus ride to People's Park
10 mins - Walking time in New People's Park
5 mins - Walking tme to Old People's Park
20 mins - Quest for tailor
5 mins - Ran into the church
5 mins - Missed the fist few mins of worship session
80 mins TOTAL

I shall remind myself not to lose anything else that doesnt belong to me anymore!

On the brighter note, I did learn some good lessons ;)

1. Singapore isnt convenient at all. I cant get a button easily!
2. I've been so blessed and so spoilt by my mom! Back then, I would only need to give it to my mom, and she'll get it fixed! Or well, I would just have to say, "Kakak...." and things will be well.

PS: Kakak means elder sister in Malay. That's how I call my maid at home ;)
